Group Fitness is Fun and Effective!
Dynamic Fitness Classes are a great way to achieve higher levels of overall wellness. Working together in a group creates a "Bubble of Accountability" that is proven to increase your chance of success. All classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Instructors are attentive to each participant to assure you get the most out of your class experience.
Non-members may purchase a 10 Pack of Classes or Drop In to any class on the schedule.
Membership benefits include one class per month with a Single Membership, 2 classes are included with a Couple Membership and 3 classes per month are included with a Family Membership. Gym Members also receive a discount on classes.
Small Group Training
Nina Standifer, Personal Trainer creates a full body workout that will challenge your body in different ways. Innovative movements will build strength, endurance and flexibility and work to improve your cardiovascular system. M,W,F at 7:15 am
Sam Moy leads this efficient and effective class. It’s a timed interval method that alternates between 20-second intervals performed at maximum effort and 10-second stages of rest, repeated eight times for the ultimate exhaustive workout. As with all our classes, we'll support you and modify as needed.

Performance Youth Fitness Training
This is much more than a class. It's a program designed to make kids better at whatever they do.
Kids will learn how to move their bodies with intention and focus. Synergistic improvement occurs over time. Each session builds upon the last. Taught by Sam Moy. Bring us your kids and we'll get this class on the schedule.
Love Yourself Healthy
A first of it's kind cooperation between a Personal Fitness Instructor and a Mind/Body Well Counselor. We will focus on body image wellness and provide plenty of support. Learn how foods affect your ability to feel good and reach your goals. Taught by Diane Moy & Sara Peterson Thursday 8:45 am
Sonja Meyer is trained in Hatha Yoga, practicing Vinyasa flows for all levels as well as bringing Pranayama (breath work) and meditation to her classes. Though she loves the yoga practice, she believes that incorporating the mental and spiritual side of yoga is equally important so her students can grown in their practice. M-5:30pm T-5:00pm TH-6:30am SAT-9:00am
